If it was him, I would refund him fully and kick him, but if it was you, I'd keep 2m and give him back 5m and kick him

Don't refund him..... And don't give him another chance. He might scam you since your not refunding him. Because he probably just found out he's unable to do fire capes.

I think the fairest option would be to take out the supply cost, and the cost of my cut if he was to complete the service like he was supposed to.

 

Thatd be about 750k + 600k out of the fee. But im still not sure because of the time wasted with him lol
