and no matter what i do try look up download etc nothing works and im giving up. i tried 64bit 32bit changing where it opens and windows 10 is horrible no matter what i do i cant slecet the correct java and i get either a error window or a back screen with coding that closes in less than 1min 

1. uninstall all java
2. download and install java8
3. run osbot
4. black box pops up and nothing happens? -> download jarfix and run https://johann.loefflmann.net/en/software/jarfix/index.html

Hmm did you try downloading Java JRE runtime or whatever it's called? "Java SE runtime download" in google may do the trick

You sure there is nothing wrong with your compute it's self? You said something about windows 10 you think you may have some corrupted windows files? Maybe try opening "Windows Power Shell" As admin and typing "sfc /scannow" it would look for corrupted windows files that might be causing some problems. It can take a while depending on your system specs and storage usage. I have no idea if this will work just throwing ideas out there.
