You said something about windows 10 you think you may have some corrupted windows files? Maybe try opening "Windows Power Shell" As admin and typing "sfc /scannow" it would look for corrupted windows files that might be causing some problems. It can take a while depending on your system specs and storage usage. I have no idea if this will work just throwing ideas out there.
