This release should fix the lag issue with 2.5.37

FIXES:
- Fixed issue with overriding the break manager
- Fixed issue with not being able to worldhop to last world
- Fixed the world hopper not working correctly on resizable

WEB WALKER:
- Added PathPreferenceProfile#setAllowFairyRings(boolean), default false

MISC:
- Minor bug fixes
- General improvements to lower detection rate

@Patrick at it again with the solid work, UNSTOPPABLE.

InteractionEvent needs some improvements on resizeable, when setOperateCamera and setWalkTo is set to false, it doesn't interact with entities that are visible (zoomed out completly, the entity is located bottom of the screen, staircase for this example).
