Do not click these link.

It is malware that is going around and it is spread because it sends it to everyone's contacts on skype.

usually these spams are with chinese url so obviously something fishy is going on when they are suddenly spamming google links

Ye I visited it via the Tor Browser and It redirects to some Russia Java Drive-by Site.

a lot of these links are looking for something that can be exploited - it could be anything from browser plugins, built-in browser modules, vulnerabilities in flash, silverlight (if still existing), svg, code within processor instructions like (x86) or just some kind of vulnerabiltiy specific to the vendor. There are a lot of decent anti-viruses/malware scanners for mobile phones you can run but if you're that paranoid, you can do a reset soft/hard on your phone (back up your data) but it probably isn't necessary.
