I got extra accounts, I could sell you one cheap seeing as I don't play anymore. They would have been diamond/plat at one point if that matters xd

Lol i actually submitted an appeal that went along the lines of "how come you guys unbanned t1." 

I got this as response:

Hi there,

Sometimes in extreme circumstances we ban individuals rather than accounts, and if specific conditions are met those individuals can be given a second chance; however, even in those cases their banned accounts are never returned to them.
