reflinks? sounds like  site that reuses IPs LOL

I recommend PrivateInternetAccess. Affordable, works great. I use the VPN + Socks5 proxy for torrenting, as well as the Socks5 for botting.

Gets you insta flagged unfortunately. I use PIA for every single thing except botting.

Not me so far. Did you mean the VPN? Yes definitely. The Socks5? No, not AFAIK. But I could be wrong of course.

so you wouldnt recommend using pia vpn to bot and using the provided socks5 proxy setting for botting second acc?

I mean, I wouldn't. But, I have before.  
Sock5 is just for you; VPN very possibly might have been used by another botter that got caught before, etc., so it's flagged possibly. 
What I do: VPN + Socks5 for torrenting
Just Socks5 for botting
Just VPN on Campus
