    I don't think it's more about what you would do in an hour as a mod, as you can't really make that many changes.

    It's more about moderating over time and improving the quality of the Forums and the community.

    I would masturbate...O'wait I don't need to be mod to do that. I'd demote myself. Mods are useless.
