If you contacted someone to train you to 70 70 70  and told them no real time limit, but you made the account and email and wanted it done in a reasonable amount of time. I look up the highscores and see 82 fletching, I changed the password and logged in and seen he was standing at Grand Exchange botting fletching. This guy was given the account on September 3rd and on the 27th was when I looked the account up on the highscores to see 82 fletching and that the combat stats weren't progressing.

I don't really understand why he would bond an account that he didn't own just to bot fletching. I'm assuming he got bored training the combat stats and just wanted to his bond money back so he didn't have to finish the account and didn't lose money. I don't really know

My question is: What the fuck?

Yo this is some funny shit

you better pay him 80gp/exp for that fletching levels or you will see yourself in a dispute!!

1: You gave no timeframe

2: Did you ask for ONLY nmz?

3: NMZ-accounts can be done within 2 weeks(1 week too but 2 to be reasonable)
