Okay anyone can make an osbot account with any ingame rsn.

 

They could admit they are botting in game but nothing will come out of it, since there is no proof the osbot user is in fact the owner of the account.

TBH doesn't really matter if you make your osbot name the same name as ingame name, I could be making my osbot name sparcmac doesn't mean the rs user sparcmac is botting just because of it. You pointing it out and bringing it to people's attention however will most certainly get him banned.
