Mods have to approve posts. We also hide some posts.

So you don't know if they've responded or not. 

 

Also, other mods and I don't deal with a dispute if we think another mod has a better understanding and can handle it better than us. That's why posts sometimes don't get approved for awhile.

i think he means since vicfre is in twc he is breaking rules by participating in the market section outside of the "currency" section and that is not allowed according to the rules

Also I think I remember Maldesto saying that services can be done at the risk of the person buying the services but someone who has TWC and is under a dispute shouldnt do services or attempt to do any until the dispute is cleared.

 

I'll double check about what I said though and if it is correct i'll amend that point
