how many hours a day do you spend on the computer?

Featured Replies

curious to know where you guys are at in terms of hours spent on your pc.

I'd say I'm on mine 4-5 hours a day.

Also, if you read this far, how many hours per week do you exercise/go to the gym? Also curious to know how lazy you fucks are

Around 18 hours a day give or take 2 hours on the weekends.
I don't go to the gym but on work days I ride a bike for a total of 1 hour or something.

I work as a programmer, and program + game in my free time. (also I do not have a social life).

Workdays probably on my computer about 12 / 13 hours (software eng)

Exercise about 1.5 hours a day

My occupation is 50% managerial/actively working outside of the companies location and 50% generic admin so probably around 3-5 hours/8 per day if it's work related

Leisure and outside of work fluctuates between 1-3.

Go to the gym daily; powerlifting, HIIT cardio and general weightlifting in that order. Maximum 2-3 hours per day, no minimum.

80% of the time I'm not sleeping.

Exercise every second day for about an hour and also BMX across the city twice a day coz im a siqqunt.

5 hours / week maybe.

8-9 hours at work, I work as a Network - Security Engineer.

2-3 hours after work.

So like 10-13 hours.
