For all the smart people out there: he got banned 3 years ago with the exact same skype name. Staff didn't even try to google "skype name +"runescape" " . disgusting.

    I recommended @Juggles for CBA awhile ago, as he's been on here for a very long time, has been consistently active, frequents the chatbox, and has no sign/history of scamming. Still think he deserves the rank.
