Everything should be working now regarding the healthbar/isUnderAttack issues. For a majority of users, this also fixes your problems related to the client consuming abnormally high CPU. 

 

Additionally, the behavior of isUnderAttack/isAttackable has been upgraded and should be more accurate. If you have any issues related to these methods, please post below.
