I do believe his Skype is hacked, but I see no strange activity on his forum account. I will be contacting him to see what's the current status of the Skype.

Thanks for the report, but I'm assuming that they banned him for multi-acounting as theclock12 also exists over there. Nevertheless I'll contact pb staff and see what they have to say. I couldn't find any dispute that could've resulted in him getting banned though.

Nah, no OS settings, but firewalls could be. Or a network setup (which could be possible if you're not on your home connection) Try disabling your firewall altogether, see if that lets the connection through.

I'm not laughing at anyone, I'm just confused by what you're even trying to say. I don't need to check stat xp to know you're lying, because it impossible to achieve 8 str (or 4/4/4 for that matter) on tutorial island as you claimed. Those 48 hours stand.
This is a flat out lie. Considering you've used the tut island script for a whack ton of accounts, and you've lied above about leveling the accounts I'm going to assume you've created the account by botting, or on a flagged ip, as well. You'll be refunding the banned accounts and you have 48 hours to do so.
You should be able to recover the account though, considering you're oo. Since it's locked now.
