You most likely share a password with some other account that may have gotten leaked in the past. OSBot is completely safe and has nothing to gain back hacking a random account with barely anything on it.

While the earlier deadline hasn't been passed yet I highly doubt the next ~20 hours are going to make a difference here. I have banned @magrocks78 in the meantime, and as @Saiyan said above, he'll have to refund if he wishes to return. In the meantime: sorry for you loss.

Now that devry is done with the other disputes, @Services can refund the agreed upon 10.75m to him. Let me know when this has been done so that I can close this dispute.

While I see the similarities between this case and mine, there's one notable difference: your account didn't get picked up during the hack/ban reviews. You have to understand that this system isn't triggered manually, it's done automatically, just like it was done to my account. Considering your ban wasn't quashed I'm going to assume that the system didn't see any unusual activity and therefore there is no way of knowing who got the account banned. Considering that there's simply a lack of evidence in this case I can't make @Devry123 refund you. I realize that it may seem strange considering the outcome of my own dispute, but for all we'd know you botted on it yourself and simply saw an opportunity through my dispute to get some easy money. Either way, the evidence we currently have simply isn't sufficient to prove what happened, considering that I'm going to close this dispute. To clarify: The ban/hack reviews are done manually by the support staff, but you cannot request a review, that is done automatically.

Considering was trying to sell the script, I doubt he really was all that concerned with keeping it private. That being said, the way @House tried to circumvent the private script rule by not directly selling it but taking a cut of the profits isn't tolerated. In terms of the dispute, I'll consider it settled. @House won't be required to refund the script considering tried to re-sell it.

23m is cool with me. There is no proof you didn't bot, because the acc getting unbanned proves that you did. The big deal is that you botted a service that was requested to be hand done.
