While it's possible that the user @kalemscott did indeed use up more than required or even took, there's no evidence to back this up. There's not proof it wasn't your, there's no way to actually confirm what kind of wealth was on the account at any given time.
Therefore, I can't force to issue a refund for the lost items/gold. Regardless, I've request @kalemscott to reply to this dispute, and explain the transactions made and why he hasn't gotten back to you on skype.
