Your account details are stored within your 'local.dat' file inside your 'Data' folder under 'OSbot'. Meaning that all details are stored locally, so if your account were to be compromised, I assure you it wasn't OSbot. As for someone DDoSing you and having your IP, that again, sounds like someone else may have some kind of Malware on your computer. I'd recommend downloading https://www.malwarebytes.org/ and checking for anything malicious.

Or did you log into RS via and email you received from 'Jagex' If so you were probably phished and should change your email/password.

I checked the IP's and they don't match that of any members.
