No what gave you trade with caution is that you accused a guy of scamming you and an hour later you asked to buy 300m from the guy who you accused or scamming. Which makes me believe you're gonna charge back the PayPal. I would only trade this user with a middleman and btc

@Dbuffed has been banned for 1 week for accusations against staff which he has been warned for. I'm not putting up with shit anymore. If you want to act tough and talk crap about staff because you don't like them, you better hope I don't see it.

Go to their live chat and talk. They didnt scam you. They have done hundreds of thousands in transactions, possibly millions.

I talked to him on voice today. I feel this is what needs to be done. A lot of people here have a shady past. It is runescape after all. Nonetheless this will be locked now. If it happens again he will never have a chance to return. We give everyone a couple chances. He has none left Just like @TWCwho was banned multiple times for scamming now runs a very successful and big gold shop.

I was banned for scamming back in 2010. I've been osbot admin for 5 years.. you do realize people can grow up. There have been 50+ people unbanned and placed in twc once they refunded. He received all the money, but no they havent actually received their money. Decode has paid a few back, but still has the gp to pay the remaining. Also bestcaper gave us extra money for another scammer @Deso is also known as user @nicksep who is banned for scamming. So a lot of people are being refunded.
