Guy said he would be starting in 20 mins, most likely to confirm login/check make sure you provided everything you guys agreed upon. 2. 30 seconds later he states he doesn't have time to finish today, it would be done tomorrow. 3. A few(2-4) hours later you log in and walk the account around, after he said he would have it done "tomorrow". 4. You message him 12 hours later(still not tomorrow) by the deadline and say you are disappointed blah blah blah. 5. Dispute closed and removed from TWC + FB removed. I hope the OP learns how to handle a service request, and not just break any TOS that he wants and try to cancel a serivce, false feedback and dispute a guy over something he did. The provider gave you a deadline, he didn't go over the deadline. Next time you order a service let the time expire before you freak out. Taxseazon is not liable for a refund or completion of service
