Member id is always increases by one, with each registration. The total member count does not, because some people don't validate.

You have to be kidding me, I would never even think of doing that.

Okay, I have an answer, I talked to a developer. Apparently when someone is validating for so long and doesn't complete validation after a certain amount of time it deletes the total member counter, but doesn't roll the member id back.

Not sure how it works, yeah no way 12k members have been deleted.

I removed $100 donor, but the others won't be removed, if you can't read it that isn't our problem. It has been like this since vip/sponsor was released and there have been how many members join since.

I would support you, if they couldn't read the first 3 sentences, but they can. I don't think it is a problem at all, we have over 80k registered users and only about 500 total have purchased vip at the registration page.
