If a user is banned, don't trade with him/her. It is almost never the case for someone to get banned other than scamming. about 10% of our bans are from things other than scamming. Always a request a pm and this won't be a problem.

Who doesn't check the users profile before trading them? If they are banned you won't be able to, you always need to require a pm sent.

@Designer made them, and i'm not sure how to align them, most likely they aren't perm, but could be if they looked better & a bit smaller, but I doubt Designer would be willing to make them smaller or anything.
