Just an idea you could maybe teach basics to begin with, working towards producing some sort of gfx. Each week or whatever timeframe you decide on you could post a couple of steps as a tutorial and at the end of it could see everyone's finished article. Then progressively make the gfx more challenging. Just an idea!

All points to a scam quit from what i can see and we do not like scammers here. I've gone ahead and banned @iJodix if he ever wishes to return he will need to fully refund you. Could you please provide a screenshot of the PM where he gives his Skype, along with an upload of the trade video. I have no problem with this whatsoever, in fact i would encourage this to be more of a thing. More scripters = more competition = more need to stand out = higher quality scripts.

The problem you are going to have is there can only be a limited trust when hiring workers online, unfortunately there is no possibility of a face value interview to get more of an evaluation on what that person is like. Some people will not care that if they scam this could ruin your business and possibly your livelihood. You have to prepare for these situations. My best advice would be pay your workers well to give them more of an incentive not to scam. Even then some people are dumb and just out to make a quick buck and don't think of long term financial gain. I wish you the best but i hope you really consider who you hire.

My advice would be do nature spirit get 13 def and get slayer helm, people will just try and undercut you saying the 2 def devalues the account.
