I have no problem with this whatsoever, in fact i would encourage this to be more of a thing. More scripters = more competition = more need to stand out = higher quality scripts.

The problem you are going to have is there can only be a limited trust when hiring workers online, unfortunately there is no possibility of a face value interview to get more of an evaluation on what that person is like. Some people will not care that if they scam this could ruin your business and possibly your livelihood. You have to prepare for these situations. My best advice would be pay your workers well to give them more of an incentive not to scam. Even then some people are dumb and just out to make a quick buck and don't think of long term financial gain. I wish you the best but i hope you really consider who you hire.
