Looking at the screenshot he provided i can see how you might interpret that, and how it is a misunderstanding. I would however like you to refund him the part of the order that was not complete as he was under the impression you were doing it legit. I feel that is a fair resolution to this. If the account is however banned in the next 48 hours if you could provide him with a bond as well. If you can come to an agreement via Skype on a refund date and then post screenshots of the trade that would be great so i can close this.

I've alerted @Zakum about the dispute, i'd move him to TWC but he is already there. Could you please provide screenshots of the Skype conversation where you agree on the service to be done by hand. Also do you have any proof that the account was indeed logged in for 5 hours and botting, there is very little evidence for us to go off, the more you can gather the easier it is for us to come to a decision.
