For clarification, all eight of the accounts were banned simultaneously and @Regretz only mentioned four being banned in order to cover up their mistake. Even though the OP did not check until an hour or so later, @Regretz has lied and refused to refund the user the amount he is owed. He has been IP banned on the forums and in order to return he must refund the user in full and withhold the TWC rank indefinitely, if you have any questions please let me know. Dispute Closed.

There is a problem with that method however, because if we as Staff members throw our stamp of approval on a certain guide and a customer is unhappy with it after the purchase then it'd fall on our heads. A lot can go wrong with allowing Educational and Guide services to be sold, which is why I strongly disagree with any notion to allow them to be in the market. However, if there is some benefit and the community heavily desires their return then of course we will make an exception to the rule. Thank you for your response my friend. ^_^

Educational services are not allowed to protect buyers from plagiarized material that could possibly put them in jeopardy within their academic life. Guides have been prohibited on request quite a while ago, due to the uncertainty of guides and how most have been falsely advertised leading to buyer dissatisfaction and frequent unhappy customers. We do not disallow them in an attempt to gain control, but we do this to protect the members of the community. With that being said, I personally do not support the introduction of those two categories in the market. However, if the majority of the community would like to bring them in once again then of course we will make an exception. Nothing is set in stone, so more feedback on this topic would be helpful so we can make a clear decision. Thank you for your suggestion.
