  1. @Nezz is saying that you did not pay for the service to be done by hand, is this true? If it is not, please post evidence of Skype logs in order to prove the notion you've made in your original post - Thank you.

This restriction has been set in order to stop new users from joining the site with the sole intent of scamming which has happened in the past.   16. The password was changed because you failed to meet the deadline and Martin agreed to refund, was the original agreement full void as in all three helmets or just a certain combat style such as the melee helmet? More information would be helpful concerning the agreement.
