Let us not go off-topic too much please, but rather, let us work towards figuring out the refund basis. @RoomScape, as soon as you figure out whether the account is going to remain banned or not please post here with confirmation and possibly your refund request so that we can evaluate it. Arguing back and forth between the both of you will not resolve anything at this point so please refrain from doing so. Thank you.

Thank you for the additional evidence, it is clearly shown now that you've requested for the service to be done by hand which puts the aforementioned questions to rest. @ImaRawrrr is still responsible for the loss of your account and as soon as you two find a compromise to the situation regarding the refund process please alert us. We appreciate the cooperation from both parties.
  3. You are held responsible, if you look closer it says "unless stated otherwise" which is referring directly to disputes such as this one. Even if you were doing the account by hand you said it was an IP-Ban which is entirely your fault sadly considering the service was done poorly - However, @RoomScape has claimed that the account was to be done by hand. I'd like to see evidence of these claims when put against your word considering someone is not being 100% truthful about the agreement that was made.

  5. You and @RoomScape will have to communicate in an attempt to create some type of resolve in regards to compensation. The account that was banned was very precious to the user so it is hard for us to formulate a specific price. Refunding the bond would be a step in the right direction, and from there we will await his response so that we can have a refund basis to focus on. Thank you for your concern.

    No, you're required to refund the user because he only used one out of the two VPS's as confirmed by @Arctic, was unhappy with the product he purchased, and used it for less than 24 hours. Thank you.

  25. Agreed, after our loss of @Raflesia and @Gilgad we have been working on bringing a few more Staff Members on board. I will make sure to watch the graphics section as much as possible to relive this issue in the mean-time.
