If a user was scammed, they should be able to file a scam report. Them not being able to file one will just have users trying to scam them since they know they won't be banned for scamming.

Those that are for it are either ignorant to what'll happen, don't care about the repercussions, want it for personal gain, or just oblivious to everything. There are just some things that shouldn't be allowed. What's stopping me from writing a bs guide and putting in the thread 'NO REDUNDS!!!'? Users will get mad about my guide stating that it's either common knowledge or not worth it. I'll have their posts and negative fb removed while I continue selling a bs guide and profiting from it. I mean, hey. It's allowed, right? Also, I can help users with their homework. I can get them all F's and put in my ToS that I'm helping you but not guaranteeing any specific grade. I can sound smart all I want and not know one question and fake everything. The person will believe me enough and get a F when he turns it in to the teacher. It's just not worth it. Too much wasted time and a lot of bs to go through.

If you get scammed that easily, then I don't know. This should be in the market place, but I honestly don't see it being useful enough to be there. A TWC list would be better, but they're already TWC which everyone can see, so again... I don't really see the point in it. Not to discourage you or anything, just think it's a waste of your time. Like @Mikasa said. If they don't even bother to check the persons profile, I highly doubt they'll read this thread.

Well, that sucks. See if they have any accounts on any sites and PM them or file a scam report. 45 days is just outrageous.

Why would it have to be disabled? You can obviously see that they're banned by the cross through their name. Do you really need a reason for their ban not to trade them?I mean, I honestly trade with a lot of banned users. I don't see the problem with it. I just make them go first and they can't really argue it. Some ask me to mm because they know the other person won't go first. If you see the person is banned, just don't go first to them or do something where you can be at a loss. They're banned for a reason. Now, if they're banned for something like being stupid rather than scamming, that's a different situation, but I still wouldn't go first. Doing all of that would be too much work to do every time a mod bans. You have no idea how many bans are handed out on a daily basis. Having to do this extra work on top of it is just pointless and annoying.

Just a small suggestion. I think it'd make it a little cleaner/easier to navigate. Remove the 'pending' section and have disputes in the disputes section. The only two subsections would be Ban Evaders/False Feedback and Archive. It's rather annoying reading a dispute then having to go back to the main forum/a blank section just to go to the archive.

Same here. But I just don't see the point in this thread. But that's just my opinion. If someone's banned, there shouldn't be a list and a reason why you shouldn't trade them. Also, if someone trades a banned user without checking whether they're banned or not, that's just on them for their ignorance.
