Either selling hard to get items for quests or selling their bulk, their kick or ban should be based on staff's discretion, just like flaming.

In a broad sense it's basically all or nothing. Either you support the market as a whole, or you don't. You can't only support a fraction and ban the other.

Your right. Jagex confines its players to only trade in-game wealth, and out rules black marketing (Account selling, Gold selling, ect). Just because Jagex doesn't allow participation in the black market, doesn't mean were confined to it. Just thing of us as Zybez + Account buying, selling, and gold selling. If its a small amount, I doubt making a post about it is worthy. I don't know why people keep claiming this when other marketing is already allowed. Also put up a poll. Also, technically bonds are considered in-game items. Why is that allowed?

Yet account buying/selling, services, and gold also fluctuate in the chat. Why just In-game items?
