DivicaBen saw Trustmybets impostor skype username and he was on his profile so he must of saw his real skype profile name, So divicaben made a mistake (a few) therefor he should be subject to a partial refund...

You should have either a skype button or skype linked to your profile but lets get ontopic please So, Open the dispute and charge divica, as she didn't provide basic scam prevention to her worker (if shes taking full responsibility for him) well bump

If the worker had sence, he could of asked him to go on his posted skype or atleast update profile with new skype

If someone with the same skype details as divica but with a . adds me, Im almost certain it would be divica Basic scam prevention training was needed, Divica's doing all the talking because shes experienced Divicaben should of noticed when viewing trustmybets profile that the skypes where different

Why didn't you post this before, and PM is to stop impostors, If you didn't know what a PM trap was, then theres a high chance you will get scammed. Divica should of made her workers more aware of the PM trap

It was divica's fault for thinking that was trustmybet, He has his skype everywhere... It's also trusts fault, But the thing is... Look how legit that seems, He missed one crucial detail. The user who commited this scam was smart anough to make it all seem legit, If I was trust, I would of thought this was me. He missed one crucial detail, but hell! so did divica

Hellen wong was doing her job, when some guy decided to hack her. Simon didn't request a pm, but she still gets banned, I never saw "it was all simons fault", When your dealing with a highly vouched user, you never expect yourself being scammed. And anyway, 70% of users have never even heard of this, so It seems legit once you get that pm

Still, Trust my bet is at fault, But this could all have been avoided by DivicaBen so, a 10%-20% is more fair at this case

But divicaben didn't check if it was the real @Trustmybet Whilst he was about to send the PM, He should of double checked As I said they both are at fault, so a 50% refund was a good idea

Why is banned, If divica doesn't have to refund , Why should hellen wong have to? They both where at fault (divicaben and trustmybet didn't look at each others skype profile) = the 50/50 solution was fit fairly
