DivicaBen saw Trustmybets impostor skype username and he was on his profile so he must of saw his real skype profile name, So divicaben made a mistake (a few) therefor he should be subject to a partial refund...

Why didn't you post this before, and PM is to stop impostors, If you didn't know what a PM trap was, then theres a high chance you will get scammed. Divica should of made her workers more aware of the PM trap

Hellen wong was doing her job, when some guy decided to hack her. Simon didn't request a pm, but she still gets banned, I never saw "it was all simons fault", When your dealing with a highly vouched user, you never expect yourself being scammed. And anyway, 70% of users have never even heard of this, so It seems legit once you get that pm

Still, Trust my bet is at fault, But this could all have been avoided by DivicaBen so, a 10%-20% is more fair at this case
