Because we got people getting hacked left right and center, because some of JAgex's employees are shit fucks regarding letting people get their accounts recovered by the people stealing them. To add salt to the wound they sell that GP for very low pricing and ultimately turns everything into a shit fest. Or another theory is Jagex aren't proactive enough with real world traders and there is just too much GP up for RWT.
