Splashing, stun alching, bolt enchanting, and bursting are probably the fastest. You could always try training Agility indirectly. By this I mean stuff like barbarian fishing which gives agility exp but not a lot. Could help with training it while doing a few laps around a roof top course.

Update, switched to 32 bit java. Ram sitting at 150mb no issue. Fps sitting at around 30 with only 8% or so CPU usage.
