Just a quick suggestion for the "antiban". No human player will ever open their spellbook tab while doing agility. Idk if that's controllable but my 2 cents.

Ayy got dis which might not meet your specs. Att & Str isn't 100% quested (vamp slay, fight arena, waterfall done) has mith gloves. Range was 51->66 @ Range guild. Str was 51-58 from barb rod fishing.
