As for the @Zerker neutral feedback, I will be removing it as it's irrelevant to dispute and the money was never actually transferred.

Thanks for the screenshots. Since @AdnaneSen made it clear he purposely used a throwaway PayPal to send the money to his main account and let you chargeback the throwaway, basically using you as an accomplice in a scam, he has been banned.
