Seeing as the passwords on the account are the ones you changed them too, and they're still the same since you're able to login to the accounts means that they have not been recovered or anything. This is just a security issue on your end and someone knows your password.

I've asked @Chris to respond. It looks like you had changed the email to your email (Chris provided you the email change links), and afterwards changed the passwords to something for yourself also. Assuming someone else has logged into the accounts., who's email and password did they use to login?
