We need proof (Skype screenshots, etc) of what was agreed upon.

We cannot determine who has botted on the accounts or who has linked emails to the accounts. Seeing as you're the OO afta you should be able to recover and get the bans possibly quashed and emails changed if they were really not from you. But @Trotse Soesie could you provide any proof that he owes you 40m for the services completed? Was it fully completed?

I'm going to be closing this since you haven't provided any screenshots of Vap0r's account being compromised and messaging you on the forums. Remember your account security is always your responsibility, but we do not demand refunds for those scammed from impostor Skype accounts. Always request a PM to be sure who you're talking to is really who you're talking to.

It doesn't look like he contacted you anywhere on the website from his OSBot account, can you provide proof if he did? If not, it looks like you were talking to an impostor skype, not actually @Vap0r.
