I've placed the user in TWC and asked him to reply here. He has 24 hours to refund the 50m or he will be banned.

The user opened a PayPal dispute pre-maturely then, are you able to assist with unlocking the account?

@rich hannah Please post all relevant screenshots of conversations with the seller so we can investigate. I've placed @CreamCaramel in TWC and asked him to reply here.

He may have forgotten to change the number in the paint; scripts at OSBot automatically update in the client after they are approved.

As risky has had 48 hours to reply and he has not been online, I've gone ahead and banned him. If he wishes to return he'll need to make an appeal and pay you back for the account.

Another day has elapsed without a response from @PipeUpBoy, so I've gone ahead and banned him (in addition to the other dispute posted against him). If he wishes to return he'll have to repay both you and the other victim.

Since the user already has another dispute up that they've missed the timeframe to respond in, I've gone ahead and banned the user. If he wishes to return he will have to re-pay both scam victims. Thanks for the report, sorry for your loss.

Please remember to user a middleman for large trades to protect both the buyer and seller
