You're going to need to provide screenshots of trying to work with the script writer. Also, even if the script was broken and he would not work with you, you are supposed to open a dispute on OSBot as @Nimmogel is a Scripter II. Chargebacks in PayPal are assumed to be a scam attempt.

The issue is trying to start an account on a proxy will get it locked, but running an already started account will not.It's because it is a proxy. Jagex can easily see a datacenter IP address being used, detect any suspicious activity, and will lock it.No reason it shouldn't, trying launching OSBot from command line in debug mode to find out why.Great services
