As risky has had 48 hours to reply and he has not been online, I've gone ahead and banned him. If he wishes to return he'll need to make an appeal and pay you back for the account.
As the user has viewed this thread and chosen not to respond as I requested, I've gone ahead and safety banned them. If he wishes to return he can make a ban appeal.
Looks like he was banned for not responding to the Sythe dispute. @TL57 as you are already TWC, please post here with your plans for appealing on Sythe or you will be banned here as well.
Another day has elapsed without a response from @PipeUpBoy, so I've gone ahead and banned him (in addition to the other dispute posted against him). If he wishes to return he'll have to repay both you and the other victim.
Since the user already has another dispute up that they've missed the timeframe to respond in, I've gone ahead and banned the user. If he wishes to return he will have to re-pay both scam victims.

The neutral will remain for now as you received it for breaking an OSBot Global ToS by having an unlisted worker and giving that worker a service without the permission of the customer. You may re-apply for this to be removed in one month (the same date as your service thread may be re-instated).
@Ibomeister needs to finish refunding the full service cost, since the item costs has already been refunded. @MyOSB please also post confirming when this has been done.
Thank you. Unfortunately in this case we can't say for sure who botted the accounts, or if botting is what even caused the bans. I will wait a few more hours for @swartc to reply here to see how much of the service was completed.
