Probably just account creation, but it depends a lot. Jagex improved locking a lot, when I was using shittier data center proxies locks were very unexpected. Like giving accounts 5m+ for supplies and leveling up and bam, locked. Even though account was doing something for couple hours

Data center proxies are not always the same. You can use them and never get locked or use them and get locked most of the time. And the locks are what you do not want. If you making higher level accounts it doesn't bother you too much to unlock some of the account, but the thing is that you will have to put an email on the account thus it could impact your sales. Regarding country I guess most people prefer USA since USA proxies are cheapest and easiest to get in general so many people use them. If say you create account on France and sell it to someone who always use USA IP he could get insta locked. Also everything depends, if you selling max stakers, or 70/70/70, ready pures or whatever which could be considered more to high-end part it could not bother that much since the person would only need to unlock it one time and start using it. But buying 10 accounts for botting lets say and having them all insta locked due different country ips would definitely be a problem.

He doesn't use bluestacks because I think jagex can see when people are using emulator and real phone, as they do in PUBG. Person playing on emulator is way more suspicious. This dude just have like 10 phones which he uses to bot on them.

You are on botting site, I would assume the ban given was probably not for nothing Wouldn't waste my time with appeals then. If they see that ban is given with reason they won't answer. Also if you got manual ban they are probably not even checking those as it was already checked by a human.

After 2 day ban you should stop botting completely as any additional botting would very likely get you quick perm. But if you dont care you rest it for a month or so and try it

VPN is very bad. Since ips are not dedicated to you most of the time so someone could be botting on same ip as you aswell

It could possible have 0% detection. I know a guy who uses mobile phone ghost mouse like crazy. He had 0 ban rates and leveled up probably 100s of accounts since he is doing services. People trust him with 2k total and 1b+ wealth because of his clean sheet. Also he managed to level up accounts which are very flaggable. Imagine fresh level 3 going straight to 99 mining with 10 hours a day. So I guess nowadays this is the most safest way to bot the limited stuff that you can do with macro recorders

I always used to just trade the gold normally via trade. In 1,5-2 year of time I had this main mule it probably transfered 100-150 bils and only last week I received my first ban for "RTW (Goldfarming)". Guess a lot of it comes down to luck since all rwt bans manual, so maybe they check only the biggest trades for the day or whatever

Did you run 3 quests in the row? Heard running few quests in the row with Stealth Quester often can get you banned

5 hours for fletching is still a lot. Would you do 5 hours of non stop fletching? Probably not Maybe 2 while "watching a movie", then go take a break for 20-30mins and maybe 1 more to finish it off. This is probably what I would do

The thing is you didn't mentioned what you were doing. 5 hours of agility is just a suicide, 5 hours of fetching, probably not recommended in most cases, depends on other factors a lot. 5 hours of NMZ? Eaaasy.
