if you really want to verifying all your accounts what really dont matter. then buy a cheap domain and cheap hosting. setup 1 email on your domain like mail@yourdomain.com, and redirect all emails comming to @yourdomain.com to mail@yourdomain.com. this way you only created 1 mail. and if you create new accounts use a bullshit mail of your domain, like acc1@yourdomain.com. the verifying mail will be send to mail@yourdomain.com

its massive used public script. pretty sure training/questing on the account will not make a big difference. and how do you create the accounts? create->tut->33magic-> mta without any cooldown? in the case it can also be a ban from training 33 magic or tutorial island

happend to me before, its just a permban and they removed a part of the account details already.

botted or hand done make no difference in the price. let the botted accounts cooldown for a few days, and if there are no bans they are the same worth as handdone. goodluck

Maybe a ban checker grabbing from the highscore? i know that fresh lvl3 accounts not always appear in the highscore. but i am pretty sure most people already bot some lvls on tutorial island.
