Breaks work. Breaks would hardly or never work in combat. Randomize break basically the client would random break timers with an offset. Dismiss randoms is not required anymore.

You first need to know that you are expected to be slapped with a ban if you bot. "Not getting banned" does not exist unless you really know what you are trying to do. Perhaps trial and error is your best bet.
