  17. Not sure, but did you restart the computer or the client after applying the settings?
  18. Start>Right-click Computer>Properties On the left column, click Advanced System Settings. Click "Advanced" tab, under the performance area, click settings. You will see this. Select "Adjust for best performance" option and click apply. A fix that worked for me, give it a try.
