I made like 20 bucks a day when I was bot farming, so like 600$ a month. With an initial investment of a hundred or so, you can definitely find a few 100k/hr methods with low reqs, throw 5 accounts on each method and make 30-40 bucks per day.

Your account is worth 280M or so based purely on stats 70/70/70 accounts go for 30-35m but most people want them built not pre-made, your best bet is to make them maxed and sell them for cheap (180m ea)

Having a username login adds maybe 5$ of value, otherwise your account is useless

You have to also consider who is doing the training. With the more secure service owners, you pay more to have your account guaranteed trained and safe.
