I imagine you can tell me if its a basic bish reply or not. Maybe its just cause I'm 'Murican and it was Brit wording? Idk. Like: "our team have" our team has...

So I got a ban on Friday, first time I've been banned in a long time since I haven't played in a long time. When I go to "Account Status" and "View Evidence" there is what seems to be a personal response from a "Jagex Moderator". I figured the response would be automated, but it doesn't seem to be. Does this mean I was banned by an in game mod, or simply that a mod reviewed me after being flagged and confirmed I was botting...?
