We were waiting for @Hell Kid to come online yesterday. I just sent him a pm telling him I will act as a middleman and that we expect his coöperation but he hasn't read it yet.

Pictures don't always say everything and I just want to make sure that their version of the facts matches yours. And obviously when a scam report is made we would like to make sure both parties to are at least aware of this instead of taking any rash decisions and start banning right away.

It stands for Picture in Picture, I believe. It's a simple settings edit in the ACP but only administrators have the permission to access that part of the ACP so you'll have to wait for @Maldesto to fix it.

You can use .png, make sure you copy the image URL correctly.

Since there is no solid evidence coming from both parties I will leave this up to @Maldesto to have the final say in this.

A virtual private server (VPS) is a virtual machine sold as a service by an Internet hosting service. You can compare it to an external computer somewhere in the world which is turned on 24/7. If you run a bot on a VPS, you can turn off your computer and the bot will keep on running until you stop it.

A user whose IP is linked to multiple accounts is being warned in the first place. If he neglects the warning and creates another account, he gets banned permanently! We've been doing this for quite a while and we don't think we need to change the process.
