I'd chose another color scheme and a different font. Also you could create like a shadow under Rayman's shoes so he pops out a little bit from the rest of the layout.

Your use of gradients is good, the upper part looks good but the wheels and tires need more work. Not all of your wheels are circles, you can easily draw perfect circles in PS by holding shift while using the elliptical tool. Not sure what you did to the tires but I think you better use the pentool for that. Keep it up!

He's definitely not that bad but I would like to see more improvement and some more advanced pieces before I promote someone to designer. There's also no need to let people vote. Not to sound rude but I'm aware of the fact that a lot of people don't have the correct knowledge to judge in this case, thus having no influence on my decisions.

I agree with the comments above. The main reason why your beveled text doesn't look good is that you're mixing up two different styles, on one side there's the beveled text popping out and on the other side you have the flat UI style at the bottom. I think you put the 2 logos there to make it appear more symmetrical since everything is centered but it looks a bit weird, you can resolve that by putting the logo on top of the osbot text. I like the way you tried to change the composition of the main content but it makes the actual content look a bit cluttered. The idea behind it is good but there are still some adjustments to make.

When we have sufficient entries. Right now there are only 2 entries and I would like at least 3. With a freestyle theme this should be feasible.

It looks like you've achieved the look you were going for pretty well. Nicely done, keep it up!

The text is hardly visible on the last few, you basically threw some c4d renders on there. I honestly wouldn't call that professional. Anyway, if your customer wanted it like this I guess it's okay.

Looks pretty good, I don't really like the bevel you used and would've used other colors though. I do however like the overall style and composition.
