It truly depends on the script itself and not whether if its free or paid. However, it does make sense that scripts that have been used by hundreds/thousands of users are likely to get you banned faster than scripts that have been used by dozens. This may mean that premium scripts have lower user counts and so the pattern is less common. To minimise your ban rates, private scripts may be something to look into. Even with all this said, you still have a chance of getting banned with all kinds of scripts and you have acknowledge that.

Top 10 shows for me over the years (in no order): Excluding the usual like lost, prison break, twd, westworld, stranger things, rick and morty and GoT. - sense8 (one of the best netflix series imo) - daredevil (best superhero show, maybe my all time fav show) - narcos (pretty dope - about the cartel and shit) - the 100 (post-apoc - great) - lucifer (maybe not your style but comedy/adventune, one of my fav series atm) - suits (best corporate tv show imo (lawyers)) - sherlock (best detective show? one of my top 5 ever shows) - true detective (ok this is prob best detective show) - peaky blinders (british gangsters from the 1900s or some shit. PEAKY FOOKIN BLINDERS.) - legion (another great show with super powers)
