lol the op is probably tripping, but i say, that all said above is bullshit, it looks like people are saying stuff, what they have seen on youtube and material about lifting that they have read in internet but in reality they dont have clue how lifting works. Yah, there probably are guys who build muscle by doing these things said above, but its all not necessary. If u get to jail/military, you wont get nutrition you want, you just get high calorie food, in military i used to get 3k cal pack when i went to woods(not sure if i said right because english is my third language. anyways, the point is that you get what im saying).[---] i would love to tell u longer story, why, when, how but cba, this isnt storytelling or bodybuilding site.
just do high ass reps, that will get u muscle, i guarantee. and your friend was right. when you are underaged, your growth goes on body, not much on muscle.
do not rely on these jizz shakes, that wont build u muscle, hard work will, eat regular food, if you feel like you need to eat more protein then go on, but dont just increase it randomly.
