Everything you've said basically makes no sense.. They're banning gold farmers, how does it show that they don't give a flying fuck about their game? It shows that they actually do. From what I've seen, basically only goldfarmers get banned. I've been botting for good 2 months, 15+ hours a day, every day and I don't see a ban incoming. Why? Because I don't just sit picking up tar, flax and such on 15 accounts at once. There are bots to fish sharks, there are bots to craft nature runes, there are bots to chop yew logs. Because what you've listed is not really gold farming. Well, although nature rune crafting might be an exception, because people made it a goldfarming method, so it's basically the players' fault Jagex get rid of such a big number of accounts. Because people get to greedy. If people didn't sit botting 15 accounts at once, there wouldn't be such a big and long ban spree.

Yes, I got demoted due to plagiarism. My guide was copied from a 2008 guide on tip.it, I needed the money in 2 days to be able to afford tests for my mother, she had signs of cancer again... I was desperate so I copied the guide to make a quick buck. The method did work, so I didn't scam anyone. They could have made back the money in 2 days. One of my "friends", sleep flame tried blackmailing me on skype last night. He gave me 2 options, 1. Refund, 2. I'll file a dispute on you. I didn't have any money left because I had to spend it on the tests for my mother.. I needed $260 and I got $200 from the guide. It turned out she was just sick, and she is fine now. But f you're mother has had stage 3 cancer twice and signs showed up again, you'd be really scared and desperate too... I didn't want to tell anyone this because I don't want a pity party but... I feel like I need to explain to the people who trusted me.

I was recently kicked & banned from the Chat for telling the user "Cortana" to "Fuck off" Now, I'm curious. This isn't allowed because I swore? Or insulted you're little e-whore? Either way this is ridiculous, this is an internet community, a public way to express opinions. If I have a negative opinion of another user I'll state it as I expect them to state it to me, when in discussion. Cortana corrected my context of "you're/your", I told her to fuck off and was kicked. I rejoined the chat and then was banned after attempting to argue (without using "language") my side of how idiotic it is to censor language in a fucking chatroom. I can name multiple users on a daily basis who swear in that chatroom with moderator presence, anyone here know of a "Smoke Crack"? He's nothing but an idiot and annoying troll that swears and tells new users to delete system32, don't worry, you can still find him in the chatroom, but not I. Dear community, I want to give you an idea where OSBot 2 is at. First of all I want to let you know that OSBot 2 is rewritten from the ground up to tackle some problems that you as a community pointed out. Things like CPU usage increasing over time in a scale of hours, something that never was a huge problem to most users but could be annoying for some. Besides that, increased overall performance is something everyone always likes to see. By writing an entire new core and taking time to do so, the client will score better at those points. At the moment, there is an abstract core written which is extendable for the most part to write implementations of other server revisions, such as RS3. Whether we will do so or not doesn't matter, it will be reusable. The entire GUI of the current OSBot was written using Swing. For OSBot 2 we are using JavaFX. JavaFX might not be as developed in certain areas as Swing, however those area's won't affect us. Besides that, JavaFX performs faster and gives more reliable output when it comes to exceptions. Not to mention, I personally and many others agree, I think that the look and feel of JavaFX is far better and promising than Swing. At the moment, a lot of the main GUI features are done. The client loads the applet, injects the client, hacks the canvas and such. So from here on, our first focus will be towards designing and organizing the new API. The API will have the same features as seen in the current OSBot and those features will be ported over. This is not a very hard job, most of it will just be refactoring. Other new features will remain secret and will be revealed as progress proceeds. Besides the API, which its functions will not have to be rewritten, we are planning and thinking about a second scripting engine. The current scripting engine is completely sequential in a blocking fashion. The new scripting engine, don't worry the old one won't disappear, we want to give a fully event driven asynchronous environment where you will dispatch tasks based on events and have control over the queue by using policies for tasks. We are looking forward writing this as Laz and I love writing new and fancy stuff. There are many other things that need to be done for OSBot 2, but the above is the majority. We can't give you an ETA, we don't want to stress any deadlines and instead focus on its quality. Laz has done a great job on it so far and now I'm joining him in this battle progress will speed up. Currently, Veteran is specifically for if you joined on, or before, April 10, and you've been active on the forums since then. I think that Veteran should take into account your time online with the date you've joined. For Example Let's say a member joined on April 18th. 8 days after he could have gotten veteran! If his "Time Online" shows that he's been online for 8 days, then he should get veteran. Sort of like, subtracting the time online by the join date + april 10th. #support

Hello jagex. i live in a 1 bedroom apartment with 20 chinese people that all play runescape and love woodcutting. They are always on 24/7 cutting the same trees and giving me their rsgold because they think of me as a god. We are all on the same ip because we are poor and can only afford one interwebz. Is it that hard for you to understand? If this what 2006 and there were 350k players, then what I said would be completely wrong. But now, when there is less than 10 thousand legit players, what I said is completely true. The people that play Old School mainly consists of hard core players playing 8-12 hours a day. They want to pk, they don't wanna sit there and mine pure essence or chop yews. Have you not looked at Zybez lately? When Jagex goes on there bot busting raids, all items on Zybez are nearly impossible to get. Jagex is ruining their own game. They are really getting the hang of banning these bots. But whatever, you can think whatever you want, but without the goldfarmers, this game will die. I don't possible understand how you don't see that.

how the f*ck are you guys botting? seriously? everyone is whining about their bans, i've NEVER got a ban since 2006. Only got a reset on eoc where i suicide botted for like 40 hours +... Really guys, if you are gold farmers you should know how to not get banned and how to run a farm like a pro... Sad they deleted guides since me and Shakur had some gold farming guides.

i'm guessing around 20-30 bots,maybe even more if you can download things on there, I highly recommand a ram-memory cleaner(such as cleanmem mini-monitor) so reduce OSB's memory leak. most VPS's don't offer IP-changes on demand, so that might be something to ask in advance

Just patched this I believe. It was caused by the fast mouse speed + clicking on mouse movement. It will now move the mouse TO the location BEFORE it clicks thus preventing (hopefully) an attack style change. It will be in the next update
